La cuisine du soir est en-dessous de ce que j'attends dans un hôtel 4-étoiles. La sauce accompagnant la viande est trop salée. La coupelle contenant les späzlis froide, alors que l'assiette est chauffée. Dommage!Heureusement qu'il reste le buffet du petit déjeuner pour relever la note; celui-ci est juste parfait.
