Imran, a very friendly employee, was delighted to help us place our orders and was incredibly patient when we decided to make changes. I initially wanted to create a custom mix, but he suggested the rainbow selection which saved me money. The worst matcha milk tea that I had. We visited the Portsmouth branch and the drink was very water down. It’s like drinking water that you can barely taste the matcha. The staff are great though it’s just the quality of the drinks. As an asian myself, it’s very far from the usual asian milk tea brands that you can get in Chinatown. The flavour is really wrong. I tried the bubble tea at this restaurant and it tasted alright. However, I was a bit skeptical when it was made in less than 30 seconds. Sometimes it wasn't mixed properly and there were chunks at the bottom. The next day, I felt sick with a sore stomach, frequent burping, and eventually vomiting. It was a disappointing experience and they should improve the quality of their bubble teas.
My children told me they saw this restaurant on YouTube Shorts and it was fantastic! The flavors were delicious and the popping boba provided a delightful sensation in your mouth. Thank you Bubble CiTea!

They don’t follow your specific request. The last four times we’ve been to the Guildford branch, the Bobas have been awful. Overly sweet, milk powder not mixed properly, run out of tapioca pearls. Have had to send drinks back multiple times due to it having been made wrong. High staff turnover so maybe spending a little more time training new starters on how to make the tea properly would help? Have visited Mooboo branches and other branches elsewhere which were far superior to the Boba served at Guildford Bubble Citea. Disappointing.
