This is my favorite spot for a date night in Bloomington. The location is in a beautiful old house with a lovely patio for when it’s warmer outside. The food is delicious especially the spicy hummus and the shrimp dish. View all feedback.

Very poor! The worst $100 meal I have ever had. I will not recommended Tool's 403 to anyone. Entrance is not well marked. Food was not seasoned at all. My steak was over cooked and I was left with a butter knife to cut it up with. Our table was in a hallway. To top it off it was Valentines Day... Horrible. View all feedback.
