Shana was the best server I have ever had. She was extremely pleasant, attentive, and conscientious, which is no small feat considering she was the only server working during a busy time. The food was delicious as always. This restaurant must stay open indefinitely. There aren't many Big Boy restaurants in the Columbus area, and I wouldn't know what to do without my favorite sweet soup, salad, and hot fudge cake. View all feedback.
