It's a cinema that I often go to, there are more comfortable rooms and others less so. What I don't like are emergency exits that do not include the exit of a disabled or injured person from the cinema and this is not good. I came in 30 m ago I took a piece of pizza for my daughter and I wanted a strip of red pizza. Well they didn't give it to me because company policy (so says the clerk) says I can't make small pieces. Logically I left saying it was shameful. I would advise superiors to look at it and if it was actually company policy it is unlikely.
