Although I am Valtellinese, in my life I had never had the opportunity to go to jim, even if I had always heard of it well. Saturday, finally, visiting the engravings of grosio rock, we stopped in this historic restaurant at lunch. environment and classic but wide and well maintained. in men prevail for most dishes of the territory; but cyclically are also proposed themed menu (during our visit the theme was the cheese we ate very well and we were happy to find also the raclette. Moreover the staff and extremely friendly and sumptuous father of the owner who goes to greet the customers and it was the demonstration that here they really keep to the satisfaction of the customer.
Wonderful evening and great food in particular the dish of good memory the dadolat of fillet with cream bitto of rye. a dish worth the trip. the jim brigade is really the added value of this restaurant. continues so alive jim and his family
