I dined at the restaurant during a hectic dinner rush, and I have to say that all the staff were outstanding. However, I was disappointed to see a man enter without a mask, aggressively demanding his order. I have to say, it wasn't very impressive. The teriyaki chicken had a lot of fatty pieces. I don't usually eat at Panda Express, but I was looking for something quick. It was just okay. View all feedback.
The staff and customer service at this restaurant are quite poor. Each time I visit, I encounter a different problem at this location.
I urge all the employees to leave, except for the manager with glasses. Anyone who speaks to their staff in that manner does not deserve to have them. While she struggles to handle both online and in-person orders, it would be wise for her to reflect on her managerial skills and her communication style with both staff and customers. I felt a sense of secondhand embarrassment witnessing how she treated her team. As a manager myself, if my boss ever heard me speak to anyone in that way, there would be immediate and serious consequences, including potential termination. Forget about the food; I refuse to support a business that allows its managers to communicate with their staff like that. It's truly disappointing.
This location is the worst. The food quality is noticeably inferior, and the staff are consistently unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and head over to Panera next door instead. You'll find better food and more pleasant service there.
