I'm really not the kind of person to complain about my food, but this last visit made for a very disappointing dinner. I got the chicken tender box and my more than half my chicken was just overcooked breading, my fries were cold and the toast wasn't very toast y. Last time was fantastic, and the customer service is always on point. For the price though I would rather not waste so much food. View all feedback.
I just purchased four Blizzards from the Gresham Burnside location, and it was the worst experience I've ever had. None of them were fully blended, and the staff didn't even hold them upside down because they were already melting. The caramel cheesecake Blizzard had Oreos instead of graham crackers. I won't be returning to this location; I'll be driving to Troutdale from now on.

The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the behavior of the male manager and another male employee towards the young woman working the drive-thru was completely unacceptable. It was evident that she was not adequately trained for her duties, as she appeared confused and inadvertently deleted my order. However, the manager’s aggressive tone and use of profanity towards her were unjustified. Instead of offering help, he spoke to her in a condescending manner. He even made a big deal about the change she gave me, criticizing her for not providing quarters. To make matters worse, another male employee made a derogatory comment about her math skills right in front of me. To the young woman working at the Dairy Queen drive-thru on Burnside in Gresham on July 10 around 6 or 7 PM, I sincerely apologize for the disrespectful treatment you endured. I truly hope you find a job elsewhere where you are valued and respected.

Order… had to go around and wait for the order. Thinking that because I am waiting I will actually have hot food. Nope! The 2 orders of French fries were cold not even warm but cold! Chicken strips were over cooked and barely warm. The only thing that was hot and most likely what I had to wait for was the onion rings. Total disappointment!
