Terrible customer service. Came here this afternoon for raspberry cheesecake cookies. I walked in and the cashier was too busy talking loud on her phone to see that a customer had walked in. Which is whatever. When eventually asked, I told her which specific cookies that I wanted. I noticed her fumbling through each cookie tray to find the correct cookies, so I assumed that I could look away while I paid and would ge... View all feedback.
The customer service is the absolute worst the woman who was preparing my sandwiches stop answer her phone and went the back then she came beginning to prepare the sandwiches and once they came out of the toaster she literally left them sitting on the preparation board and left the store said the other lady will finished your order I have to go. Meanwhile the other lady was helping a young lady with 3 kids and Subway couldn’t provide the proper packing for the kids meals. These two unprofessional women really need some customer service classes. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUBWAY.1st and last time.
The employees at that subway are very friendly, and the service is excellent.

I placed an online order before 8 PM, as the website and Google indicated that the restaurant was open until 9:30 PM. When I arrived, I was informed that they were out of bread. If I wanted a refund—something I expected since I didn’t receive my order—I was told I would need to contact the manager in the morning. To top it off, I saw a young employee making a sandwich for his girlfriend with the nonexistent bread while she was on the phone, complaining about customers placing orders and delaying his return home. This was over an hour before closing time.
