The chicken sandwich ordered and it wasn't fresh! I called her to ask if they were cooked to order, and she said it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken and not they are not. I started explaining to her that my chicken wasn't fresh, and she put the phone down without telling me to stop and never came back. I called 20 times and the phone is still busy.
