I ordered a hazelnut latte and paid for it. They called out and handed me a plain latte. I tried it and brought it to her and asked for the hazelnut to be added. She told me it already had. So I stirred it and tried it again. Definitely no hazelnut. She would not add the hazelnut. Why ruin someone's morning because of a few pumps of hazelnut. I gave it back and told them to dump it.
