Decent track. Gets way too much play as the difference in price for out-of-towers is highly attractive. Most town courses charge a huge premium for non-members. The Griff does not. A public road runs through the course, and you have to cross it twice. Three holes have totally blind tee shots, and each has a bell to ring, letting people know the way is clear. Few ring the bells.
