Called the restaurant to let them know that i received my order with a container open and food in the bottom of the bag. Their response was the container was closed and its not their fault. I probably made a mistake and have to be careful removing from bag. At that point the bag was only placed on the counter and looked into not touched. A simple im sorry would have sufficed.
