I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the outstanding service provided by Jroge at Sonic Drive-In. Almost every morning around 8 AM, his friendly demeanor and quick service genuinely impress me. He is the perfect carhop, consistently hurrying out orders to every customer with a smile. His commitment to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience is truly commendable. It's always a pleasure to see him bring my food to my car during my morning drink stops, and he always says, "My pleasure!" His efficiency, combined with his warm and welcoming attitude—especially as the weather gets cooler—sets a remarkable standard for customer service. In a world where great service can be hard to find, he shines as a prime example of what exceptional service should be. Sonic Drive-In is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member.
