We catered Parker John’s for our wedding day. Everything was fantastic from our first tasting, to the buffet on the wedding day. They communicated with us throughout the planning process and everything was priced well. The service was great and got people through the buffet quickly. The cornbread is fantastic, the best thing we ate! Ribs were good, the burnt ends were okay- they were dry and drowning in bbq sauce. Mac n cheese was also okay, sauce was good but noodles mushy. Blue cheese dressing on salad good, **** Marys were good. Service was not good- bloodies came with burnt ends and chicken wings but no plates or napkins.
