As someone who grew up in Miami with Cuban family, I'm not sure what this is, but it isn't authentic Cuban food, maybe fusion. The pan con bistec was on a burger bun and served with cabbage, slightly sweet, the croqueta tasted frozen or maybe just old. The shape of it was not a croqueta shape either. The pizza was not bad.
