What Maggie L likes about Hello Ramen （yī Miàn Zhī Yuán Lán Zhōu Lā Miàn）:
A surprisingly solid noodle joint! The style of ramen is definitely more chinese/taiwanese. I got the beef noodle soup and it felt pretty authentic and flavorful. The noodles themselves are thick, bouncy, and fresh. They don't give a ton of meat but I actually prefer it that way. Prices are very reasonable at just under $10 a bowl. View all feedback.

My opinion is 4/10. For me it was about the broth, unfortunately it tasted like water, no seasoning in the flavor of the broth. But for $10 at hand pulled noodles in great neck it has so much potential.
