The ice was delicious, and the young staff behind the counter were friendly, attentive, and articulate. During our visit, the owner stepped out, and we exchanged a few words about a local parade that was happening that day; she was very kind as well. The customer service was excellent! What User doesn't like about Great Falls Creamery:
They don’t allow any sampling, so you can only taste the ice cream after you’ve purchased it. I ordered a scoop of stone road and keksteig. In my bowl, I had chocolate and vanilla ice cream, but there were no pieces of keksteig and maybe just 2 or 3 chocolate chips. I would recommend skipping this place. View all feedback.
