Absolutely BAD experience. I place a telephone order well in advance at 6pm for 8pm. At 9.30pm, therefore 1h 30' late, I discover that the pizza wasn't even being prepared until the second reminder, the RUDENESS of the lady who answers the phone causes the latter to even laugh in my face with irreverence.
