we were the first week of October in the just finished apartment. what a fantastic furnished apartment! stunning view of the mountain and fully equipped (home automation, large television, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). we were pleasantly surprised. the zanderfilet was not seasoned. that could have been compensated with salt, pepper and lemon. from a zanderfilet on rust, however, you do not expect the zander to drown in the fat. the bullenlende was good, even if the pfeffer sauce strongly reminds of a finished product. unfortunately we cannot applaud the cook. a highlight was the personal. attentive and for that it probably tried.
