**Dining Dilemmas: A Mixed Bag at Local Restaurants** In the vibrant culinary scene, recent experiences reveal a spectrum of satisfaction. While some patrons left disappointed by slow service and subpar meals, notably room-temperature steak and overpriced dishes, others celebrated remarkable brunches featuring standout offerings like the Mushroom Truffle Pizza. Many highlighted the attentive service and inviting atmospheres, creating memorable dining moments. Friendly staff, service was awesome food was delicious l, except the Cesar salad was blah that my wife had. 6oz of wine doesn’t need to be in a over sized glass. Remember you have older folks that may struggle holding on to a glass that size. Seafood soup smaller forks are needed. Waiter last night had a special non alcoholic drink for my wife was a pleasant surprise. Overall very nice experience. Thank you, Don Hughes
Excellent service and friendliness, the portions were somewhat small and the price was relatively high. The food was very good.
Seafood stew was way too salty, had it a couple weeks ago and it was delicious. Pizza was burnt/black. And the service took an extremely long time to the point he brought a small pour of wine to our guests.
Bin 23 has consistently offered a calm and stress-free atmosphere, but the new bistro menu and full bar take it from good to exceptional. Jennifer was just as thrilled to have us as we were to be there; she was knowledgeable and a delight to talk to! I can't wait for my next visit.
That said, the food was still excellent overall. However, the profiterole pastry, which is usually one of our favorites, wasn’t as fresh this time. I want to highlight that our regular waitress has been exceptional, which is a big reason we visit so often. We really missed her during our last visit. Bin 23, it's essential to ensure that all your staff are on the same page in delivering a great overall customer experience. The details matter, especially since there are plenty of fantastic dining options in the area that have never disappointed us. We do plan to return to see if this was just a one-time issue. And by the way, where’s the French Scotch?
