Ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar and two shots of espresso. I went through the drive thru. I think they have me an old coffee because it is watered down, only maybe 3 ice cubes. I heard them laughing and one said dirty coffee before they gave it to me. I wanted to ask for another one but they were still laughing and I figured they would call me a Karen. Never going back.
