I had a fantastic experience with the customer service! My double large latte was spot on, and the hot chocolate was well-mixed and delicious. They even put little heart designs on the hot chocolate lid, which brought a smile to my face when I saw them. View all feedback.

I encountered the rudest employee I've ever come across in a restaurant on the west side of GP. When did it become acceptable to yell at a customer for using a bathroom that another employee specifically directed them to? I won't be returning. However, the Resource Street House is the best location in the city. View all feedback.
