I have always had great experiences with Domino's, especially the Grand Island location. However, this is a 1st. Usually polite and understanding, I can call and typically get answers before ordering if I'm unsure of something. But I was talked to with a tone, kinda short with me, and kind of in a hurry after I 1st said I had 2 simple questions. View all feedback.

2nd time in 2 weeks tried to order pizza and put on hold until I hung up (15 min) called back and was put on hold after another 5 minutes hungs up. What a sorry business that you can't let people know your to busy and can't take orders, I will never use them again, or recommend them to anyone. Called another pizza establishment and they were more than happy to take our order. La a t time u called they couldn't deliver that place is going down hill and lost another customer.
