From the outside, you might miss it, but once you’re inside, what a discovery! The meal was excellent, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Wing last week with my wife there and young we were there for a trip! we have tried various dishes: trout tars (probably the best tartars I have ever had, crispy and tasty calfsweet, escargots, an original poutine, a lobster mac n' cheese (oh young and the tsartic T-Bone steak. everything was on the spot, including the service, and the wine selection was very diverse. restaurant l’impérial is definitiw a place to stop!
We escaped the city to come and discover this jewel. The chef François let’s his years of experience and inspiration show through his dishes. My wife took the salmon and I took the lobster and foie gras sushi roll. Both dishes were stunning. To top...it all off the service was extraordinary!! The waitress knew all the dishes and what wine to suggest. The wine list is quite impressive ... 750$ bottles... Next time we will try their other restaurant the Robusto wood oven pizza and steak OMG!!
