This place is one of if not my favorite place to eat. Joe, the service man behind the counter is a very respectful and cheerful guy! He always greets us when we come in and even remembers our order when we come in. The food is phenomenal and the prices are even better! What Nicole Ann doesn't like about Big Apple Bagels:
I like the food but it should not take 20 minutes to make a single bagel and a coffee. The cashier (owner) didn’t ring up the Snapple that I asked for so I got back in line when the phone started ringing- he took the phone call instead of my order and I had to wait longer. I definitely want to give this place another chance but the owner needs to come up with a more efficient system. View all feedback.
