I had a pleasant experience. When in at a busy time. The gentleman taking my order was really nice. Said it would be a 10 min wait. Which is understandable, lots of people in the building. Seems like they ordered alot of pizzas. The only thing I didn't like was the sheer rudeness of customers. You can't expect your 40 dollars worth of pizza to appear right after you paid.
