I visited this restaurant on a weekday and it was quite busy. It seemed like they were understaffed, but everyone was working hard. Last night, on July 11th, I went to the bar for a quick beer and a sandwich before heading home. The bartender gave me a menu, but then took approximately 6 minutes to come back and take my drink order. He was talking to someone else while I tried to get his attention.
