He spent his holidays in 2018.hotel distinguishes all cultural and religious approaches. The collection of non-humans was informed, where and how to choose to the Crusade. What gerta mezini dislikes about Flower:
The worst service staff ever. They don't inform for changes in activities, even though these are paid activities. The time schedule of all inclusive services are offered one hour close to each other. You don't find time to eat or drink anything. I will never recommend. Worst experience ever had Rooms: 4 Location: 1 View all feedback.
This hotel is an absolute gem and we will definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Albania. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Food was incredible. Fresh veg and fruit with variety of meat dishes and lovely deserts. We boarded all inclusive and we were very pleased with selection of drinks available to us. Bar is open from 10 am till 11pm. My only suggestion would be to have diet coke available for the guests in the future. Resort is very beautiful and kept to a high standard. The beach bar and private beach are beautiful. We were very impressed with the beach bar, as it made the holiday feel rather luxurious. Staff around the resort is always smiling and makes you feel very welcome. I would like to thank people at reception for being so helpful to us by even offering use of their private phone charges which we forgot to pack. We really appreciate your kindness. We were at Flower Hotel Spa last weekend, we had a great time with my family. The staff were very friendly, tireless, and very polite. The food at Brutal restaurant was great, the atmosphere also. I highly recommended and of course I will be back soon. Greetings!
A model hotel in interior and exterior architecture, well designed in acoustics, green spaces with swimming pool and sports field! All are very tastefully arranged! The reception is very pleasant and professional, Peace in the rooms like nowhere else! I recommend all those who visit Durrës to visit this miracle Service: 5
The wait staff are excellent, especially Romina and the receptionists/concierges helped my friend and I book excursions and taxis. There is a smart TV in the room but it doesn’t allow you to sign into your YouTube/Netflix or to update the system as it says is needed. We can’t work out how to use the safe in the room. Staff sent someone to rectify these problems but nobody came to fix the TV and the person who came to reset the safe doesn’t speak English (I don’t speak Albanian so who am I to say anything about that). So at the moment we still don’t have use of the safe. There’s a wide selection of food on offer. 3 meals a day with snacks in between lunch and dinner with something for everyone. All in all my friend and I are enjoying ourselves, the hotel looks beautiful, modern, calming and is kept clean Should anything change, I’ll edit my post.
Hotel is amazing with beautiful rooms good food. The indoor pool spa is a particularly incredible experience with some of the best massages I have had. Love the option to lay inside if it's a bit colder and to sit by outdoor pool when warm. Would prefer if there was sun chairs by the outdoor pool too, but might be too early in the season. Service: 5
