Had yum cha lunch with a friend here on Friday. Anyone who likes yum cha knows that the two essentials are using quality ingredients and having it freshly prepared. A ladies lunch with a lovely view of the Broadwater. Found the food very good but service a little disjointed. Prices were reasonable; however, we were surprised at a $25 corkage fee for one bottle of wine. As they had not advised of the fee structure for corkage beforehand they reduced the fee.
