Fantastic coffee destination. We enjoyed a recent visit funny literary references with the drinks. Good, efficient service. Prices aren't too bad. Plenty of parking. The coffee was good and the bookstore is beautiful. However, after finishing our coffee, we waited for our bagels which had not arrived yet, even though only 4 other people were there. When they finally came out of the toaster, they were cold and the butter inside had not melted. They were also overcooked and had a burnt color. It was the worst bagel I have ever had.
