After being here a couple of times, the steak has become a favourite, never a problem if you ask for a little extra sauce either. The service goes to great lengths to make the experience good and they are very good at asking if the food tasted good. Nice people and good service, but unfortunately the food was not of a standard I think any eatery can stand for. Sushi from the kiwi refrigeration counter is actually preferred, because this was not good.
