This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a Panera! From the moment we walked in, every employee was engaged and extremely friendly. Our food was ordered, prepared, and on our table quickly, and it was delicious. We even received a free sample cookie that was still warm - yum! I spent almost $75 for 4 meals. The online ordering app advised you will have higher prices to order online...then as I placed the order which was going to be delivered by $1 had over a $6 convenience fee. They were out of ciabatta...hello bread store and when we got our food it was so sub par. 2 sandwiches were almost gross and just thrown together. Very disappointing. Waste of money.
