I waited 25 minutes for my order, while two customers who arrived after me had already received their meals and left. When I inquired about my order, they said they would make it right away. However, since I had to leave, I requested a refund. The response from both employees was unprofessional, and they seemed unsure about how to process the refund. Honestly, it takes a lot to find good workers with great customer service which this Java juice has.But it's unfortunate when you walk in and it's very hot.And the employees have to work in that condition all day now that it's heating up. I give a 10 star to the employees that are working there.But a one start to their working environment, it was hot. Ter inside than outside and outside was a 100°.Today management should do something to take care of their employees. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
The employees were awesome and friendly , but it’s 95 degrees and the AC IS OFF you can see the employees suffering from heat, how come Service: 5
I had an amazing experience at Jamba Juice today! I ordered the orange drink from the machine, and it was absolutely delicious and incredibly refreshing. Perfect for battling this hot day in Glendale, California. The drink really hit the spot and helped me cool down. The staff was friendly and quick, making the whole visit even more enjoyable.
