I love going to First Watch for breakfast, and today my server Emerald encouraged me to try their seasonal items instead of my usual order. I ended up trying the Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos and they were full of flavor, paired perfectly with delicious black beans. I'm torn. I love the food. The tomato soup is yummy. The salad dressing is light on greens. The veggie burger is my favorite. However, regardless of the location, I order to go with a 20 minute wait, fine. I show up 40 minutes later, then still have to wait another 20 minutes.
