It was a gloomy, rainy day when I went so I decided to have something to drink macha latte . When it came it’s ice cold so I said I want hot not cold , the lady at the counter insisted that I take it because she will not make any more or I have to pay for a hot drink. I did not remember them asking me if I want hot or cold but the other lady said I ordered “cold” which I did not because the weather is already cold .... View all feedback.
