The schnitzel in my roll was juicy with a crunchy exterior much better than typical sandwich shop schnitzels and massively better than the small scrawny pieces offered by the similar concept German Schnitzel Haus in the Suncorp Centre. I had two movies scheduled on a lovely Saturday, and wanted to fill myself up before that. Bumped into Schnitz while wandering around the Broadway shopping centre. I was in the mood for tasty food over healthy, so I wasn't really looking to hold myself back (as I usually do). I went for a Si Senor burger (they don't mention burgers on their menu, but they still serve them) with a soft drink. The burger had a unique yet satisfying taste. The schnitzel patty in specific, simply blew me away! The service was reasonably quick, and the staff were friendly. The seating wasn't that comfortable, but not really something to complain about. As far as schnitzel go, these are pretty good. Beautiful coles salad and salad too. Chips are crispy and nicely centered. I like this new franchise, something else and good quality fast food. In a food court, the ambience is always demanding, as well as the service.
Food service is fast and the chips were crispy. The food was pleasant, but average. My only complaint is that the sauce is not free.
World Square is beautifully located in CBD. Right next to the light rail line with easy access. The mall awesomely decorated with giant sculpture design or feature design. Must say my favourite thing is that it has tons of coffee shops there, super busy and they do good cuppa too. Parking could be a problem as not much off street parking around, mostly loading zone.
The two shops I frequent here are Coles JB HiFi. Nice little shopping mall that’s easy to get around and well decorated. It’s great if you’re nearby but I don’t generally choose to come here, which is why it’s missing that 5th star.
