Ordered a medium pepperoni at 5:01 pm for delivery and was told it would be 40 minutes. Called at 5:50 pm and was told the pizza was just going in the oven. This was supposed to be our supper and the woman who answer the phone, did not offer any alternative to better the situation nor an apology. We did cancel the order and hope others don't go through same ordeal. View all feedback.
