I don't know what needs to change, but something definitely does. First of all, the Detroit-style pizza looks nothing like the advertisements. Secondly, it was so undercooked and soggy that I now have to reheat it to finish it! The sauce was everywhere, and the slices were cut so unevenly! How hard is it to cut a pizza properly?
