What albert doesn't like about Sake-tumi:
The food was good. Service was terrible. Server got our order wrong. Did not check on us and we had to flag down the bartender to help us. She was basically missing in action. Her service was not even worth 10%. Because we had a party of 6, the 18% gratuity was added onto the bill. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but this was an abuse of the tipping policy. This needs to change. View all feedback.
