We rode our racing bikes in the rain all day and wanted to warm up with some soup inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, they didn't let us sit down inside, we had to take our soup outside. Service: 2
Hotel Fähri was a very nice place to spend the night. On the balcony of the room you have a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. There is even a place where you can go into the water for a cooling dip. Hotel Fähri is a great base for visiting everything. The rooms are in excellent condition. Beds sleep well. Bathroom is nice with a good shower. Food in the restaurant is superb. Breakfast was completely fine. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great stay.
Simply a fantastic place.
There were 11 of us today and we wanted to eat dessert. The older serving daughter was extremely unfriendly, We don 't have a dessert menu, you just have to get up and look at the table. Ordering drinks was very rude, you probably want some more glasses, right? Then the worst thing was, she refused to charge the orders individually, we had to collect the money ourselves, she only wanted the total amount we have corona and no time for something like that ....terrace was almost empty...absolutely unbelievable
