I loved my stay here. Rooms at the reception were so helpful and welcoming at check-in, the rooms were large, comfortable and clean. The views were spectacular. We knew the hot springs were under renovation when we booked our reservation, so although we were disappointed that it didn't affect the 5 stars here.
