We went to Vapiano for our last night's meal while we were in Switzerland for 11 days. This was by far the poorest service that we received at any restaurant during our trip. We were seated upstairs and the room was hot and stuffy since there was no air circulation. The waitresses didn't seem to want to provide any service.
