This is an excellent restaurant that I make sure to visit whenever I'm in town. The chopped bark was a unique dish that I tried on crackers and found to be delicious. It may not be to everyone's taste, but those willing to try it will not be disappointed. The white spirits had a strong flavor but were still enjoyable. All the dishes I tried were delicious.
