Besides a few staff member, the rest of the team is pretty slow rude. Minimum wait time for any ordered meals is not less than 45 minutes. The staff has no remorse if guests leave their table out if frustration. The hotel is pathetically understaffed. The manager and cashier work day and night and the bearers move in bernuda shorts .
