I was at that restaurant with my friend, and my friend is not used to Second Cup. When she ordered her coffee, the manager was the one serving. My friend used Bridgehead terms, and the manager replied We are Second Cup here in a mean way. She had to refund and redo the order, she was pissed off and not respectful.
