I went to sweetFrog for the first time the other day and safe to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The clerk, Kaylley, took the time to explain how everything worked and listened to my preferences whilst giving me recommendations of what I might like. I ended up going with a simple frozen yogurt topped with M&Ms and cherries! I will definitely will be returning! Yummy! View all feedback.

The ice cream is good but wayyyy too expensive. My cousin and I both got medium cups and didn't even fill them to the top of the cup. It ended up being $12 per person. Just insane. They should update their pricing model to just charge for the cup instead of charging by weight. It's no wonder the Shelby location shut down.
