I visited the drive-thru this morning and received a burnt chicken biscuit. When I tried to call the number on the receipt, it was disconnected. It seems like customer service is not a priority today. I usually enjoy stopping at Hardee's while traveling, but I will make an effort to avoid this location in the future. View all feedback.
