I love Ricos. I've been a patron of this institution for about 25 years. Of course, I recommend pizza and Italian beef. The staff always changes in my eyes as I don't live all the time in Gary anymore. Every time I left staff, it was great. Waiting is not long when you call. I arrived early Wednesday morning to be told I have a 10 minute wait for it to turn out to be a 40 minute wait. Then to here that the reason for the delay is that they did not get the order from the call center. I wasn't the only one everyone in there had an extremely long wait time.
