Bojangles - Garner
Bojangles
Description
At Bojangles #652 in Raleigh, the dining experience presents a mix of delights and frustrations. Diners praise the crispy, well-seasoned chicken and highlight the standout blueberry biscuits and sweet tea, rivaling that of Chick-fil-A. However, the service can be inconsistent, especially during late hours, with reports of long waits and overlooked orders. While some appreciate the fresh morning offerings, including Cajun filet biscuits, others have encountered raw food concerns and messy fries. If you're seeking flavorful chicken and charming service, consider this franchise, but be prepared for potential delays and occasional missteps during nighttime visits.

The chicken had an excess of breading and very little meat, with the breasts being small and extra dry. The potatoes were not great, but the biscuits were delicious.
Only tasted a small piece of chicken...very good crispy, but also very spicy. Wish there was an option of spicy/mild. Have not tried potatoes/gravy yet but looks good...as do the blueberry biscuits. Thanks Bojangles my Dasher. Happy 2024!
While the underpaid hourly employees did a good job and the food was solid, the asinine policy by management that was posted in clear public view of the register is a complete disgrace. you already pay your employees low wages and can barely keep people, how dare you not let them keep the unsold food at the end of the night? not to mention you can't even spell, management! adisgrace to Bojangles usual southern hospitality
Recently this location is slipping. I've had orders messed up. The drive through is ridiculously slow. Bojangles used to compete with Chick-fil-A in speed of drive-thru, that is no longer the case! Today's visit was much better! Zipped through in about fiveminutes around the same time of day!
